Accessibility
Victory & Grace is committed to making its website and member experience accessible, usable and inclusive – for people with disabilities and for everyone who uses it.
This statement explains what we are working toward, what currently works well, where we know there are limits, and how to reach us if you experience a barrier.
Our commitment
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification software or other assistive technology.
We recognise that accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time check. We intend to keep improving as the platform grows.
What we are working on
Our current accessibility efforts include:
-
Using sufficient colour contrast throughout the website and platform
-
Providing text alternatives for non-text content where possible
-
Designing forms with clear labels and error messages
-
Ensuring interactive elements are keyboard-navigable
-
Using semantic HTML to support screen readers and assistive technology
-
Avoiding content that flashes or moves in ways that could cause harm
Known limitations
We want to be honest about where we are. V&G launched in 2026 and we are an early-stage product. Some parts of the experience may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Known areas we are working to improve include:
-
The V&G Teams Hub is provided through Superhuman Docs. Some aspects of its accessibility depend on Superhuman's own platform, which is outside our direct control. We are monitoring their accessibility progress and will update this statement as things change.
-
Some images and graphics on the website may not yet have complete alternative text descriptions.
-
Certain interactive components, including carousels and custom form elements, are being reviewed and improved.
-
PDF documents linked from the site may not be fully accessible to all screen readers.
We are actively working through these areas and expect to make material improvements before and after launch.
Third-party content and platforms
Parts of the V&G experience rely on third-party platforms including Superhuman Docs (the Team Hub), Stripe (payment processing) and other service providers. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or interfaces provided by those third parties, but we select providers with care and raise accessibility requirements where we can.
Reporting an accessibility issue
If you experience a barrier using the V&G website or member experience – something that prevents you from accessing content, completing a task or getting support – we want to know about it.
Please get in touch and tell us:
-
What you were trying to do
-
What barrier or difficulty you encountered
-
The device, browser or assistive technology you were using
-
Any other detail that might help us understand and fix the issue
We aim to respond within two business days and to address confirmed accessibility issues as quickly as we reasonably can.
Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility issue, you may wish to contact the relevant national body responsible for enforcing accessibility regulations in your jurisdiction.
In New Zealand, the Office for Disability Issues provides guidance on the New Zealand Disability Strategy and related obligations. These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.
Review
This statement is reviewed regularly.
We will update it as the platform develops, as we complete accessibility work, and as the third-party platforms we rely on improve. If something here is out of date or inaccurate, please let us know.
